By using Minimal Portraits ("the Service") at minimalportraits.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

We provide a service that generates custom minimalist faceless portraits from photos you upload. You can preview a watermarked result for free and purchase a one-time licence to download the high-resolution, unwatermarked image and receive a limited number of text-based edits.

Your content

You must only upload photos you have the right to use (e.g. of yourself or with permission). You grant us the limited rights necessary to generate and deliver your portrait and to provide support (e.g. amendments). We do not use your photos to train models or for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Licence after purchase

Once you purchase, you receive a digital file and a licence for personal, non-commercial use: prints, gifts, canvases, cards, and similar. Commercial use (e.g. resale, advertising, or products for sale) requires a separate licence — contact us if you need one.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are as shown (e.g. £2.99 per portrait). If you are unsatisfied with the result, contact us; we may offer a refund or regeneration at our discretion, in line with applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where we cannot exclude such liability by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will post the latest version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
